One of the largest producers of sustainably farmed premium tilapia, headquartered in Singapore, engaged 1cloudstar to migrate ERP workloads and systems across multiple countries to a centralized Cloud platform to a more efficient IT management and maintainability.

• Performance of connectivity to the centralized IT workloads on cloud platform from geographical locations, Southeast Asia to Caribbeans, North America to Europe continent.
• Dated IT assets (OS that is out of support lifecycle) without proper maintenance (no regular OS update or security patching).
• The stakeholders from different countries work in different timezones.

Microsoft Azure was proposed as cloud platform for the cloud migration case. 1cloudstar Azure specialist team implemented Azure Migrate Service which provides a wide range of tools at a unified migration platform and worked around the clock tirelessly to discover and migrate IT assets in each site.

Once IT assets were all migrated to Azure platform, Azure Virtual WAN solution was implemented with multiple hub sites provisioned near the geographical sites of customer, so that we could take advantage of Microsoft’s global infrastructure, and only connect last mile with customer’s site via IPSec VPN.
