  • public transport information and service portal, visited by millions of users for bus, rail and traffic information, and
  • self-service portal for vehicle owner to register/deregister/transfer vehicle ownership, pay tax/fines etc.

Challenge

Due to the product’s nature of the broad coverage and high usage, high-availability (HA), except scheduled maintenance, of the infrastructure is required. 1Cloudstar has to run a sophisticated operation process to ensure close monitoring and rapid response, at an efficient way.

Due to the complexity of the system, not only the size of the resources, but also the variety of the functionality and technology (various types of languages and databases) requires 1Cloudstar team to be equipped with extensive knowledge at multiple levels of the system.
